Specific terms and conditions for our consulting services are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed between Velocity Growth Lab AB and the client. These website Terms do not supersede any provisions of a signed MSA.
**5. Limitation of Liability**
In no event shall Velocity Growth Lab AB, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
**6. Governing Law**
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
**7. Changes to Terms**
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
